Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change and life happens, so we strive to accommodate our customers' needs. Please find below our cancellation policy for bookings:
Cancellation Outside of 14 Days
Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made more than fourteen days before the scheduled charter date. A full refund of the deposit will be provided.
Cancellation Within 14 Days
Any cancellations made within fourteen days of the scheduled charter date will result in a credit of the deposit and cost of the charter in the form of a gift card, the value of which is good for one calendar year.
No-shows
Because we respect our Captain's time, customers who do not show up for their scheduled charter will be considered a "no-show." In this case, the full charter fee will be charged, and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
Waiver Policy:
All customers aboard the boat must complete a waiver, for any minors aboard, an adult must complete a waiver for each minor. Waivers will be made available electronically at the time of booking and in reminder emails, as well as a final opportunity to complete them before we leave the dock. The boat will not, under any circumstances, leave the dock with anyone on board who does not have a completed waiver on file, no exceptions.
Dog Policy:
The Party Pontoons is dog friendly, with a maximum of two dogs aboard, per charter, a waiver must be completed for the dog(s) as well. Dogs must be well-behaved and fully cared for by the charter guests. Life jackets must be worn by dogs while on board and are to be provided by the customer. The Party Pontoons will not provide them. Our captains reserve the right not to allow aggressive or otherwise misbehaved dogs on board as well as any dog that does not have a life jacket. Refunds will not be provided for customers unable to bring their dog(s) aboard who do not follow this policy.
